As a complete remodel, our client wanted to modernise their home to achieve a minimalist beachy ambience. Creating a natural flow from the front entry through to outdoors was key, plus relaxed functionality for family living. With a light-filled and airy ambience, this home has a new personality with a tranquil resort vibe.
Breathing new life into the existing structure, this remodel transformed the home into an airy resort-feel retreat. Bathed in natural light, the pared back design has a restful ambience. Cathedral ceilings and skylights feature in the kitchen, dining and living space, with bi-fold servery windows opening to a pool view. Enhancing indoor/outdoor living, bi-fold doors flow to a covered entertaining patio and the garden’s clean lines. The pool cabana creates a serene spot to unwind amidst tropical landscaping, with handy storage. Both bathrooms are spacious with double sinks and premium fixtures, and a powder room was added. All three bedrooms were renovated artfully, with custom finishes and built-in storage.
Bringing the owner's creative ideas to life, in a contemporary coastal design with an effortless and functional flow. Creating a relaxed and open transition from indoors to outdoors to suit the needs of a family.
